The use of the chalet1932.gr website and accommodation at Chalet 1932 are subject to the following terms and conditions. By browsing the site, contacting us, or making a reservation, you accept these terms.

1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation, an advance deposit or full prepayment may be required, depending on the season, the booking channel, and the agreed terms.

Cancellations, refunds, and date changes are subject to the policy of the respective booking platform (e.g., Airbnb or Booking.com), or the terms of the direct agreement made during our communication.

2. Accommodation Rules

Chalet 1932 strictly accommodates up to 4 guests unless an explicit written agreement has been made with the management.
Guests must respect the property, the equipment, the outdoor area, and the tranquility of the neighborhood.
Activities that may cause damage, fire hazards, excessive noise, or disturbance to neighboring properties are not permitted.
Guests are liable for any damages resulting from improper use, negligence, or failure to follow the property's guidelines.

3. Wood-Fired Hot Tub Use

Chalet 1932 features an outdoor wood-fired hot tub, the use of which is exclusively at the guests' own risk. By using the hot tub, guests fully accept the safety rules. For proper operation, please read carefully the Detailed Hot Tub User Instructions.

Use is only permitted for individuals over 14 years of age.
Use is only permitted for individuals who know how to swim.
Use is not permitted for individuals with heart conditions or other health conditions that may be affected by high water temperatures.
Use by pregnant women is not permitted.
Alcohol, food, glassware, and glass bottles are strictly prohibited in or around the hot tub.
The use of soap, bubble bath, oils, or other products in the water is prohibited.
The fire must never be left unattended.
Draining, cleaning, and any technical handling are carried out exclusively by the staff or the management of the property.

The use of the hot tub requires strict compliance with safety guidelines. In the event of non-compliance with the instructions, the liability lies solely with the user.

4. Limitation of Liability

Chalet 1932 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the website, the property, and the provided information are accurate, functional, and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruptions or that every piece of information will be free of technical or typographical errors.

Chalet 1932 assumes no liability for injuries, accidents, damages, or any other loss resulting from the use of the property, the hot tub, or other equipment in violation of the instructions, from careless use, or from unsafe behavior.
